Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g butter, low-fat (18% or 25% fat) or margarine
  • 2 tbsp water, (2-3 tbsp)
  • 100 g lean ham, diced
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking, 7%
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 g cheese, grated, 16% fat
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

WW-suitable, low-fat

Make a crumbly dough from the first three ingredients. Depending on the consistency, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and knead into a smooth dough (all this can be done with a fork). Chill for 30 minutes. Spread the dough flat in a greased springform pan (25 cm diameter) and pull up a rim about 3 cm high. Slice the leek and arrange it on the dough with the diced ham. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over the topping. If the rim is too high, simply press it down gently until it reaches the topping. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. If making 12 pieces, each piece has 4 PP. If making 8 pieces, each piece has 5 PP.
