Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • salt water
  • ½ pack of frozen puff pastry
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp rosemary, chopped
  • nutmeg
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and wash the leek, cut into 1 cm wide strips, and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Cool and drain well. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions, roll it out on a floured surface, and place it in a greased springform pan. Press the edges up slightly. Cut the ham into thin strips and arrange them on the pastry with the leek. Mix the eggs, cream, cheese, salt, rosemary, nutmeg, and pepper and pour over the topping. Bake the leek tart in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
