Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg lean pork
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic or garlic paste
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt and pepper or
  • Seasoning mix for French fries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel and finely grate the garlic, or mix 2 tablespoons of ready-made garlic paste with oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Marinate the meat in this for at least 2 hours. Add the meat and the marinade to a hot pan and sear the meat. I would serve this with baked potatoes and herb quark.
