Leek cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 50 g bacon cubes, lean
  • some oil, if necessary
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 150 g
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Trim the leek, slice it into thin rings, and briefly fry it with the bacon in a pan. Depending on the fat content of the bacon, you may need to add a little oil for frying. Let the leek and bacon mixture cool. Then mix with sour cream and grated Emmental cheese. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and garlic powder, and spread it on the pizza base. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes (depending on the desired browning).
