Lightning Apple Walnut Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g margarine, semi-skimmed
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs (size L)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 5 apples
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy, then mix in the eggs and milk. Add the flour and baking powder, mix well, and spread into a 26cm springform pan. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Spread them over the batter and press them into the batter with a spoon. Chop the walnuts and scatter them over the cake. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Turn off the oven and scatter the butter in small pieces over the cake. Return the cake to the oven briefly until the butter has melted.
