Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ pack of cream cheese spread
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Potato(s) (mashed potatoes, homemade)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, then fry until crumbly. Cook the leeks in salted water until soft. Heat the cream and cheese mixture until the cheese has melted. Grease a baking dish. Add the minced meat, then the leeks, and finally the mashed potatoes to the dish. Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until a brown crust forms (about 30 minutes).
