  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp, heaped Fondor

Instructions

simple, quick and delicious

Wash the leek and cut it into thin rings. Mix the sour cream with the cream cheese; you can also use herb cream cheese if you like. Add the leek rings and season with Fondor. If you want a stronger flavor, you can use more Fondor. Delicious as a spread on bread, or for dipping with various vegetables or crackers.
