Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 200 mg sunflower seeds
  • 200 mg low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 mg cream
  • Fat for the mold
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim the leek and slice into rings. Peel the apples and grate them coarsely. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the leek over medium heat. Season and stir in the apples. Dry roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan. Combine the quark, cream, and eggs and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the leek and apple mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the sunflower seeds, and pour over the quark mixture. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
