Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (Gotschugaru)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pakimchi

You only need the white part of the leek. Cut the leek into approximately 5 cm long pieces. Halve lengthwise and then cut lengthwise into thin strips. Wash the fine leek strips thoroughly and drain. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately. Leek kimchi is often eaten as a side dish at Korean barbecues.
