Leek – minced meat – cheese – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • some Madeira
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, brown the minced meat in a pan. Add the finely chopped leek. Add a little vegetable stock and the melted cheese. Let it simmer until the leek is soft, then season with salt, pepper, Madeira wine, and Fondor. This dish goes well with potatoes or pasta.
