Leek Noodles with Bacon
The perfect leek noodles with bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Leek
- 100 g Tagliatelle or other pasta
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 50 g Diced Bacon
- 150 g Cooking cream
- Pepper, nutmeg
- Wash the leek and cut into thin rings, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the leek lightly, then add the bacon. after approx. 1 min. pour in the cream and simmer for 3 – 4 min. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the leek sauce, arrange on plates and serve.
