Leek Noodles with Bacon

The perfect leek noodles with bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Leek
  • 100 g Tagliatelle or other pasta
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 50 g Diced Bacon
  • 150 g Cooking cream
  • Pepper, nutmeg
  1. Wash the leek and cut into thin rings, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the leek lightly, then add the bacon. after approx. 1 min. pour in the cream and simmer for 3 – 4 min. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the leek sauce, arrange on plates and serve.
