Leek noodles with minced meat

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (3 bell spirals, cooking time 5 minutes)
  • 500 g minced pork, seasoned
  • 3 cubes of broth, clear
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cut the leek into finger-thick pieces and wash it thoroughly. Next, cook the stock cubes according to the package instructions (with 1.5 liters of water) and set aside. Then fry the minced meat in hot oil. Add the leek and fry until the leek is just cooked. Then add the raw pasta and stir briefly. Now add the stock a little at a time, stirring constantly – add only a ladleful at a time and let it evaporate. This is very important, otherwise the dish will become mushy or burn. Taste the pasta occasionally. When it’s cooked, the dish is ready and can be served. Finally, peel the garlic cloves, add freshly pressed ones, and stir in. Tip: If you like, you can also sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
