Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 4 potatoes
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp mixed herbs of your choice
- salt and pepper
- 125 g cheese, grated
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and slice the potatoes. Place them in a pot and cook until al dente. Cut the chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry. Trim the leek, slice it into rings, and fry it with the meat. Mix the cream and herbs. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the potatoes, leek, and meat together and place in a baking dish. Pour the cream over the meat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes.
