Leek rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 point ham (back ham)
  • ½ pkt. cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Take a casserole dish and grease it with fat. Then I cut the leek into roughly 10cm pieces and cook them until al dente. In the meantime, I prepare a white sauce. I take the 50g butter and let it melt. Then I add the flour and stir it in. Then I deglaze with the milk and season the sauce. In the meantime, the leek should be cooked. Drain and quickly refresh. Then roll it in the ham and place it in the casserole dish, preferably with the seam facing down. Then pour the sauce over it and add the cheese. Bake in the oven at 250°C for about 15 minutes or longer. I always make fried potatoes with it.
