Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 bar of chocolate (milk)
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp water, lukewarm
  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Dwarf treat

Combine the dark and milk chocolate with the milk in a saucepan. Melt on the stovetop while stirring. Whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and water until frothy. Slowly stir the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold both the egg whites and the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Pour into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator.
