Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 jar celery
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 jar mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Drain the pineapple and celery, dice the eggs, and mix with the other ingredients. Let it sit for a day, or at least 6-8 hours.
