Nicoise's tuna spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • ½ pack of quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g cream cheese (herbs), low-fat
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the can of tuna thoroughly and place it in a bowl. Dice the onions and gherkins, and mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork. Add everything to the tuna, along with the low-fat quark and herb cream cheese. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives.
