Green ribbon noodles with crab

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (ribbon pasta), green
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g crab
  • 200 g ham
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml dry sherry
  • 1 can of tomatoes, diced
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tagliatelle Verde à la Mar

Mix together a dressing from crushed garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, herbs, and spices. Toss the crab with the dressing and let it simmer for a while. Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely chop the ham and onions. Brown the dressed crab over high heat. Add the ham and onions and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with lemon juice and sherry, and stir in the diced tomatoes and passata. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
