Leek salad with pineapple and egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 jar celery, grated
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some yogurt
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • lemon(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the hard-boiled eggs. Drain the celery. Drain the pineapple and dice it. Wash and trim the leeks and slice them into rings. Dice the ham. Mix these ingredients. Squeeze the lemon, add it to the salad with salt, pepper, and sugar, and let it marinate well. Serve with baguette.
