Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g pasta (farfalle)
- 4 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 530 g vegetables (peas and carrots), from the can
- 2 cups of yogurt (150 g each)
- dill
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. When the pasta is tender, stop cooking with a splash of cold water, place the pasta in a sieve, drain, and let cool. Peel the bananas, cut into thin slices, and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with curry powder. Cut the Gouda into small cubes. Cut the ham into thin strips. Drain the peas and carrots, reserving the liquid. Add the vegetables, ham strips, Gouda cubes, and banana slices to the pasta and mix. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the chopped dill, add some of the vegetable liquid, season well with salt, pepper, and sugar, and fold the sauce into the salad ingredients.
