Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp Ready-made product , (Protein Shake 90 from Champ Strawberry Pannacotta
  • 1 tbsp Flour (grape seed flour or almond flour)
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious for breakfast or just like that

Combine everything in a bowl and stir well. If you don’t have grapeseed or almond flour, you can simply add an extra tablespoon of protein powder. Add water as needed to make the batter nice and creamy. You can, of course, use milk instead of water to mix it. Cook the batter in a nonstick pan to make pancakes. I think these pancakes are absolutely delicious and a great alternative to traditional pancakes!
