Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg minced meat
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 750 g sour cream
  • 900 g processed cheese
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the broth to a boil. Add the processed cheese and sour cream. Meanwhile, lightly fry the minced meat. Once the cheese has melted in the broth, add the meat. Slice the leek into rings and add it. Let everything simmer for about 1.5 hours. Serve with baguette.
