Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 5 stalk(s) leeks, alternatively 1 kg frozen
  • 2 large onions
  • 1,000 g minced meat or minced meat (beef or pork, depending on your preference)
  • 400 g herb cheese spread
  • 400 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Season lightly. Trim the leek and onion, slice into small rings, and add. Fry briefly. Add the broth. Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, break up the cheese and add it to the soup. Stir well to dissolve the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Heat briefly again. Done.
