Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g sugar
- 350 g butter, room temperature
- 350 g flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 lemons
- 200 g powdered sugar

Mix sugar, butter, flour, eggs, baking powder, and the juice of 2 lemons into a batter. For a strong lemon flavor, add the grated zest of 2 lemons. Pour the batter onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150°C to 175°C for about 25 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to test the temperature! The cake should not turn light brown, or it will be too dry. Then let it cool. Mix the powdered sugar with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and drizzle over the batter as a glaze.
