Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g Spätzle, homemade or bought
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 100 g cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g dried meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the spaetzle as usual and keep warm. Slice the leek into rings, lightly fry the dried meat, add the prepared leek and the cream, and sauté until slightly al dente. Then mix in the warm spaetzle and grated cheese, transfer everything to a baking dish, and bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is “stringy.” It’s a great side dish to game or simply as a main course with salad. The quantities are based on one main course.
