Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1,000 g leek
  • some butter, if necessary
  • 2 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml milk or soy milk
  • 50 ml white wine or Prosecco
  • 4 tsp, heaped cream cheese natural or with herbs, garlic or wild garlic
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious

Slice the leek into rings and roast it in a pan, either dry or with a little butter. Add instant vegetable broth and pour in the water, wine, and milk. Add the raisins and simmer for five minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the cream cheese and applesauce, and stir all ingredients thoroughly. Then turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
