Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 leeks, large, washed and cut into rings
- 2 ½ dl sweet cream
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Nutmeg, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple and quick side dish e.g. to beef fillet
Briefly blanch the leek rings in boiling salted water and then rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Drain. Simmer the leek and cream in a pan over medium heat until the cream thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
