Leek Vegetables

The perfect leek vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Rods Fresh leek
  • 1 Onion red
  • 100 gr Kat ham finely diced
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar
  • 150 ml Whole milk or cream
  • Peanut oil
  1. Cut the leek into fine rings. Cut the onion into fine cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the ham and the onion and fry until translucent. Add the leek rings and sauté until the mixture collapses. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a little sugar and nutmeg. Add the milk or cream and simmer gently. Possibly season again with the spices.
