Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked (not molded)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the leeks. Separate the attractive middle part from the head and root sections, according to the length of the baking dish. Blanch briefly in hot water and then rinse under cold water. Roll the leeks in the cooked ham and place in the buttered baking dish. Pour over the meat broth. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle generously with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes, then bake.
