- 750 g Potatoes
- 750 g Leek
- 250 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cream
- 150 ml Broth
- 150 ml Milk
- 125 g Grated Emmentlaer
- Salt pepper
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and blanch them in salted water for 5 - 7 minutes, remove them and place them in a buttered casserole dish.
- Cut the cooked ham into cubes and spread over the potatoes.
- Mix the cream, cream cheese and broth well, add the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread half of it on the ham.
- Clean the leek, cut into slices and blanch in salted water for 3 minutes, remove and drain well in a sieve.
- Spread the leek on the sauce and pour the remaining sauce over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
