Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 750 g Leek
  • 250 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 150 ml Broth
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 125 g Grated Emmentlaer
  • Salt pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and blanch them in salted water for 5 - 7 minutes, remove them and place them in a buttered casserole dish.
  • Cut the cooked ham into cubes and spread over the potatoes.
  • Mix the cream, cream cheese and broth well, add the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread half of it on the ham.
  • Clean the leek, cut into slices and blanch in salted water for 3 minutes, remove and drain well in a sieve.
  • Spread the leek on the sauce and pour the remaining sauce over it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
