Ingredients

  • 150 g Flour, type 405
  • 350 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pizza seasoning
  • Dried herbs, e.g. oregano, thyme etc.
  • 100 g Feta or mozzarella
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except for the cheese to a thin, lump-free mass.
  • Pour the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Crumble the feta or mozzarella over it and sprinkle with grated cheese. If you like, drizzle some olive oil over it before baking. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 200-220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • The thin, crusty bread is well suited as a side dish to salad or the like. You can also vary it, e.g. Stir in a little pesto or some squeezed garlic.
