Leftover cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 250 g nuts, or other “leftovers” of your choice*

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Prepare 250g of leftovers and, if necessary, chop nuts, chocolate, dried fruit, almonds, etc. to the desired consistency. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs on speed 5 until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk and mix briefly on speed 5. Add the prepared leftovers and fold in. Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt cake pan or loaf pan and bake at 180°C (or 200°C (top/bottom heat)) for 60 minutes! *Almonds, raisins, candied lemon peel, coconut, poppy seeds, chocolate, etc.
