Leftover Pan with Pasta …
The perfect leftover pan with pasta … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Fridge raid:
- 0,5 Yellow pepper
- 0,5 Green pepper
- 0,5 Red pepper
- 5 maturity Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Chicken skewers grilled ready
- 1 kl. rest From paprika summer vegetables
- 1 blob Tomato sauce – a leftover
Fresh to it:
- 80 g Spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Bacon cubes
- 2 Onions
- 0,5 Chinese garlic chopped
- 1 bunch Chives in rolls
- Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, cut the onions in half and then into 1 cm thick slices, halve the tomatoes and finely dice the meat from the skewer. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain.
- Fry the butter with the bacon cubes until translucent, add the onions and fry until golden – now add the peppers with the chopped garlic and the meat from the chicken skewer and sauté briefly while turning,
- Add the halved tomatoes and keep turning until the tomatoes are also hot. Now fold in the drained pasta and the rest of the summer vegetables and sprinkle the leftover pan with fresh chives and serve with a dollop of tomato sauce to top it off.
