Leftovers Casserole with Pasta

The perfect leftovers casserole with pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Pasta of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 300 g mixed Frozen vegetables
  • 100 g Cheese cold cuts
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 30 g Butter in flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Grated Gouda
  1. Cook the pasta “al dente” in a liter of salted water and pour it into a sieve to drain and cool. Grease a casserole dish with butter. Cut the ham into strips, the cheese slices into cubes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the cooled pasta with the ham strips, the vegetables and cheese cubes, season everything well with freshly ground pepper and fill in portion casserole dishes. Pour in the cream and sprinkle with the flakes of butter, then bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
  3. Scatter the grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes. Good Appetite!!
