Leg of Lamb on Mixed Salad

Mixed salad

  • 2 Handful Mixed salad
  • 3 Cherry date tomatoes
  • 1 Mini peppers
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • ..

Lamb leg slice

  • 150 g Lamb leg slice
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 piece Sprig of thyme
  • ..
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic fig
  • 1 pinch Sugar brown
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Dice the peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Put these ingredients on a plate.

Lamb leg slice

  1. Heat the olive oil with the clove of garlic and thyme in a small pan and fry the leg of lamb for about 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Remove the leg of lamb from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil for about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour away the olive oil and add the fresh olive oil with the orange juice, sugar and balsamic vinegar to the pan and heat briefly while stirring. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Unwrap the leg of lamb from the foil and place on the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad.
