Banana Coconut Tiramisu
The perfect banana coconut tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 ml Milk
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 150 ml Whipped cream
- 1 packet Shortbread
- 6 tablespoon Milk
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 30 g Liquid butter
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa
- 1 pinch Salt
- Rum at will
- 2 piece Bananas
- Coconut flakes
- Prepare the pudding and let it cool, stirring occasionally so that no skin develops.
- Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cooled pudding. Add rum as desired.
- Take the flat container and place biscuits on the floor. Then spread a layer of cream on top and again biscuits, then again cream. Top with the sliced bananas and the coconut flakes. Another layer of cookies on top.
- Put the liquid butter in a bowl, add cocoa, powdered sugar, 6 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt and stir with a whisk.
- Spread biscuits on the last layer and refrigerate for 12 hours.
