Banana Coconut Tiramisu

  • 150 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Shortbread
  • 6 tablespoon Milk
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 30 g Liquid butter
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Rum at will
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • Coconut flakes
  1. Prepare the pudding and let it cool, stirring occasionally so that no skin develops.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cooled pudding. Add rum as desired.
