Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 120 g butter / margarine
- 85 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- flavoring, (lemon flavor) to taste
- 1 jar jelly (lemon jelly)
- Cake icing, 1x lemon, 1 x chocolate

Knead everything into a shortcrust pastry, let it rest in a cool place for 2 hours, roll out to a thickness of 4mm, cut out shapes, and bake at 175°C for 7-10 minutes. Filling: Heat 1 jar of lemon jelly and strain through a sieve. Glaze: 1 tub of lemon glaze (cake glaze) 1 tub of chocolate glaze. Stick the cooled cookies together with lemon jelly and dip half in lemon glaze and the other half in chocolate glaze. They taste deliciously lemony.
