Lemon and Garlic Potatoes and Kohlrabi
The perfect lemon and garlic potatoes and kohlrabi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Small potatoes
- 2 small Kohlrabi fresh
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1,5 Lemons
- 1 Cup Vegetable broth
- 0,333333 Cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tsp Oregano
- Pepper from the grinder
- Peel the potatoes and cut in half or quarter. Peel the kohlrabi, cut in half and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Pour into a large baking dish.
- Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Squeeze the lemon. Mix together lemon juice, broth, oil, tomato paste, oregano and garlic and pour over the potatoes / kohlrabi. Mix well. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Now close the baking dish with either aluminum foil or the lid of the dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 200ºC. Take it out every now and then and stir.
- Then take out, remove foil or lid, turn on grill or top heat in the oven and increase to 220¤ and bake for another 15 minutes until the vegetables start to brown.
