The perfect pasta della california recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 2 Asian garlic bulb
  • 0,5 Broccoli
  • 4 Handful Arugula
  • 0,5 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 Lime untreated
  • 2 cut resistant! Avocados
  • 100 ml White wine dry
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the pasta while preparing the remaining ingredients. Depending on the type of pasta, you might have to work a little faster.
  1. Important: In the last minute, the broccoli should be added to the pasta boiling water. Divide this into small florets beforehand. Rub the lime zest, squeeze the lime.
  1. Chop the garlic very finely. Sauté with olive oil, lime zest and chilli in a deep pan over medium heat, about 2 minutes. Don’t let it get brown!
  1. Pour the wine over the garlic and increase the heat. Let the wine boil down for approx. 2-3 minutes. Add the lime juice and stock to the pan, reduce the heat and let it simmer gently.
  1. Cut avocado and tomatoes into cubes. Add the broccoli to the pasta, let it cook for the last minute and drain.
  1. Put the rocket in the garlic pan and let it collapse. Then add the pasta with broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes over medium heat. Stir well in between. Pepper.
  1. Add the avocados and tomatoes and stir in. Heat in the pan and then serve.
