Basically, the garlic-lemon cure is considered harmless because it is based exclusively on natural ingredients. However, even medicinal plants are not always completely harmless, otherwise they could not produce any effect.

  • If you suffer from previous illnesses and/or take medication regularly, you should exercise a certain amount of caution when using medicinal plants. Before using it regularly or as part of a course of treatment, you should consult your doctor.
  • In particular, if you are taking blood-thinning or antihypertensive medication, undesirable interactions can occur due to the ajoene found in garlic. Garlic has anticoagulant and blood pressure-lowering effects, among other things.

This is how the garlic-lemon cure works

Among other things, the garlic-lemon cure is said to strengthen the cardiovascular system and help lower blood pressure. In addition, vascular deposits in the arteries and calcium deposits in the joints are to be broken down or reduced with the help of the garlic-lemon cure.

  • In order for the garlic and lemon cure to work, it should be carried out for three weeks. After a one-week break, the garlic-lemon cure continues for the next three weeks. Finally, there is another one-week break and then another three-week lemon-garlic cure.
  • Overall, you should do the lemon-garlic cure three times a year so that it has a lasting effect. During the lemon-garlic cure, drink 25 milliliters of the brew every day after breakfast.
  • For the brew you need four organic lemons, 30 organic cloves of garlic and one liter of water. The amount is enough for three weeks if you keep the brew in the fridge. You also need two sterile bottles, a blender, a fine-meshed sieve and a suitable saucepan.
  • Cut the unpeeled lemons and put them in the blender along with the peeled garlic cloves and a little water. The paste is then placed in the saucepan with the remaining water and boiled. Use the sieve to separate the solids from the liquid. After the brew has cooled down, pour the liquid into the bottles and place them in the fridge.
  • If you would like to spice up the lemon-garlic cure a little, add about one hundred grams of ginger, a tablespoon of turmeric powder and some black pepper to the blender.
