- 240 g chickpeas
- 1 ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 1 pointed pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black

First, drain and rinse the chickpeas (240 g is usually equivalent to one can). Then place them in a bowl. Dice the onion and bell pepper and add them. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. It’s recommended to use a little more pepper than usual.
