Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g herb cream cheese
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt, 1.5%
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp herbs of your choice, e.g. fresh chives, parsley or frozen herb mix

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with baked potatoes or potato wedges
Mix the herb cream cheese with enough yogurt to achieve the desired consistency (about 4-5 tablespoons). Crush two garlic cloves and add them. Add about 3-4 tablespoons of herbs. Let it sit for an hour.
