Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 2 packs of lemon sugar
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
With crème fraîche, egg yolk
Mix the margarine with the sugars, add the egg yolks and egg. Stir in the crème fraîche. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then alternately stir the flour and milk into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan or bundt pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 60 minutes.
