Lemon Chicken in Cream Sauce
The perfect lemon chicken in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Pc. Large carrots
- 1 Pc. Small zucchini
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- Soy sauce
- 250 ml Cream
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces with the juice of a lemon and a dash of soy sauce (ideally at least 30 minutes before preparation, so that the lemon is well infused).
- Peel the carrots and peel them together with the zucchini in strips. Then fry the vegetables in olive oil, a small piece of butter and a pinch of sugar.
- Cook ribbon noodles.
- Push the vegetables to the edge of the pan and fry the pickled chicken in the middle.
- Add the cream (if you want more sauce you can add milk, if you want it lighter you can also replace part of the cream) and season with salt, pepper and, if necessary, lemon. If you want, you can also add some fresh thyme.
- Mix the lemon chicken with the ribbon noodles and enjoy =).
