Zucchini Apple Cake
The perfect zucchini apple cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 dl Apple juice
- 200 g Butter
- 175 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 400 g Flour
- 200 gr Apple
- 350 gr Zucchini
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1,5 packet Baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy
- Stir in eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder
- Coarsely grate the peeled apples and zucchini, drizzle with lemon juice and mix into the mixture
- Fill everything into the loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
- TIP: If you like, you can pour 3 tablespoons of apple juice and 150 grams of powdered sugar over the biscuit
