Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder (up to 5 tsp, depending on the spiciness)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
Prepare a marinade from all the ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper). Season to taste. Marinate chicken wings, chicken breast, shrimp, etc. in it for several hours before grilling, and let the marinade drain well before grilling! Of course, you can also prepare everything in the oven.
