Pasta pan with olives and peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, as desired
  • 10 olives, green or black
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 5 slice(s) Salami, Italian
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for using up leftovers

Cook the pasta or use up any leftover pasta. Cut the peppers into strips or chunks as desired, halve the olives, and quarter the salami slices. Finely chop the onions and sauté in a little butter until translucent. Add the salami and sauté briefly. Add the pasta, peppers, and olives. Add tomato paste and cream, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. This recipe can be adapted to your liking, depending on what you have in your fridge.
