Lemon Coconut Ring Cake

- 250 g Flour
- 250 g Sugar
- 50 g Desiccated coconut
- 125 g Melted butter
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Grated lemon
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- Mix all ingredients to a creamy mass, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Crumple up the baking paper, then it can be easily placed in the baking pan you have chosen, or you can grease a ring cake tin well. Pour in the mixture and bake for about 35-40 minutes!
