Lemon Coconut Ring Cake

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut
  • 125 g Melted butter
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Grated lemon
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  1. Mix all ingredients to a creamy mass, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Crumple up the baking paper, then it can be easily placed in the baking pan you have chosen, or you can grease a ring cake tin well. Pour in the mixture and bake for about 35-40 minutes!
