Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 250 ml whipped cream or soy cream
  • 3 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped, e.g. mint
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated, or nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegetarian and vegan options

Heat the whipping cream or soy cream in a small saucepan (do not boil). Remove from heat. Stir in the grated lemon zest and juice and the Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Finally, season with fresh herbs, a little salt, and plenty of pepper. Pairs well with pasta.
