Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 250 ml whipped cream or soy cream
- 3 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped, e.g. mint
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated, or nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper

vegetarian and vegan options
Heat the whipping cream or soy cream in a small saucepan (do not boil). Remove from heat. Stir in the grated lemon zest and juice and the Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Finally, season with fresh herbs, a little salt, and plenty of pepper. Pairs well with pasta.
