Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 red bell peppers, pitted and chopped
- 2 bell peppers, yellow, pitted and chopped
- 1 large onion(s) (vegetable onion), finely chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, red, pitted and chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil, mild
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions

spicy relish, makes approx. 700g
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender. Pour the finished relish into preheated, clean, and dry jars and tightly cover. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 6 weeks until ready to open. We enjoy this relish with fondue and grilled meats.
